Purpose: The Xi Delta Theta Mentorship Program is designed to connect active members with alumni, allowing them to gain valuable experience and advice for career development.

Timeframe:The relationship between mentors and mentees is viewed as a partnership and the length of each Mentor match is approximately 4 months (one semester). Members may withdraw from the program upon completion or opt to continue in another partnership.
